如果工藝水儲罐的工藝水中鉀、鈉離子超過3ppm，則應(yīng)立即采取用合格的工藝水置換的方法，使工藝水儲罐中的鉀、鈉離子含量合格。

如果粗順酐儲罐的粗順酐中鉀、鈉離子超3ppm，則應(yīng)嚴(yán)格監(jiān)視蒸餾釜內(nèi)的溫度進(jìn)行蒸餾操作，完成本批精制作業(yè)后立即清洗系統(tǒng)。
